Courtney Van Den Bussche-Doll, LPCC

*Wadena Office & Telehealth

Courtney Van Den Bussche-Doll (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. She is passionate about helping those who have experienced domestic violence learn to build self-confidence through empowerment and self-compassion. She works with adults who have trauma histories, attachment concerns, depression, anxiety, complex grief, and relational problems. Much of her work focuses on helping clients find harmony in taking care of themselves while still meeting the responsibilities that life brings. Courtney truly loves witnessing clients’ raw vulnerability and recognizing their growth within themselves. Her approach to therapy is rooted in trauma-informed care while collaboratively tailoring treatment to meet each client’s individual needs, with a little humor of course. Courtney often uses Internal Family Systems techniques, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and self-compassion practices in sessions. She has recently added Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to her approaches as well.

You can often find Courtney with a stain on her clothes from constantly spilling, educating people on random Canadian facts (born and raised in Canada!) or laughing at her own jokes (someone has to). Outside of the office, Courtney loves to watch Marvel movies, cuddle with her fur babies, kayak, watch/play softball, and spend time with her favorite humans.
