SMS Terms & Conditions
Naturally Connected Counseling (“NCC”) uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients about scheduling, appointment reminders, rescheduling needs, and general administrative questions. SMS is not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
By providing your mobile number during intake or contacting NCC via text message, you consent to receive SMS messages from NCC. Message frequency varies based on your communication needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from NCC unless you opt back in. For assistance, reply HELP or contact the practice directly.
SMS messages may not be fully secure. Please avoid sending sensitive clinical information via text. SMS is not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or crisis situations. If you are in crisis or need immediate assistance, call 911 or local emergency services.
NCC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

SMS is not a fully secure communication method. Please avoid sending sensitive clinical or personal information via text. For protected health information, please use secure communication channels provided by NCC.
Opt‑Out:
You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP. You may resume SMS communication by contacting NCC and providing consent again.
